About 4 weeks ago while I was home my dishwasher water line burst and it flooded the complete upper level of the house so I freaked out  and didn't know what to do but I settled down and called CAA insurance, BTW best insurance company to work with if you have a situation, The following day a guy Named Nick called and he promptly came in like 1 hour and he looked at it and said they would be in and out within 2 to 3 weeks, I thought to myself no way with all the damage and new plywood had to be laid but Nick hit his target and was all about business and he has get ideas to change your layout of your kitchen to the better, I had a old oak table with 6 chairs and he said why don't you get rid of that table and put a island, my reply was WOW what a great idea. Nick was so easy to work with I am very happy that he overseen the project, honestly Parker is very lucky to have Nick as a leader and very professional. If I have any other projects I will definitely be calling Nick, Great work from him and his team. All that's left is painting the inside walls and ceilings. Granite is being installed this Saturday. I would like to thank Nick and his team for the incredible work they did on my home after a kitchen flood.  They took care of every aspect of the restoration from start to finish.  They were prompt and very professional. Nick was very personable and has made some great recommendations regarding cabinet choices, flooring, and trim work. He kept me updated on the progress and timeline. The final product turned out wonderful and I couldn't be more satisfied. Nick and the team were extremely helpful once they’ll were assigned to us.   They were sympathetic to our situation and worked efficiently. Our homes are our havens.  So who do you call when your masterpiece suddenly becomes a disaster piece?  As a victim of the August 2023 flood, I needed the assistance of an excellent restoration company.  I found that company in Parker DKI. From my initial meeting with project manager Nic Fisher, I had confidence that my restoration was in the best possible hands. Words alone can never express how grateful I am to Nic in his coordination of all the work and the superlative tradespeople that he organized to repair the extensive storm damage to my home.  I really appreciated that Nic took genuine care to listen to what I wanted and that he and the skilled Parker crew captured my vision for the restoration.  Thank you Nic for your professionalism, compassion, wit and sense of humor which helped to make a difficult time enjoyable.  Best project manager ever!! A heartfelt thank you to the many skilled tradespeople who were part of my restoration process.   A special mention to Peter, Al and Joe for the excellent workmanship and genuine care that you provided in transforming my shell of a house to a home that I can again enjoy.
